How does offline collection work?
The mobile app stores all data locally on the device. Collections are saved immediately and sync to the server when internet is available. This ensures agents can work reliably even in areas with zero connectivity.
Can I customize pricing per branch?
Yes — each branch can have different buy/sell prices set weekly by the MCC admin. This allows flexible pricing based on local market conditions and transportation costs.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Mobile Money (MoMo) payments directly to farmers' accounts. Payments are processed securely and farmers receive instant SMS notifications when funds are transferred.
Is the mobile app available on iOS?
Currently Android only, optimized for low-end devices. iOS support is planned. Our Android app runs reliably on devices with Android 5.0+.
How secure is my cooperative's data?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, daily backups, and role-based access control to ensure your information stays protected.
Can agents register new farmers from mobile?
Yes — agents can register farmers directly from the field using the mobile app, including offline. The new farmer record syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
